  •   Due to the personal hygiene nature andcustom-tailored aspect of our handcrafted press-onnails, all custom sales are final. We cannot acceptreturns or offer refunds for wrong sizes ordered dueto inaccurate customer measurements. We stronglyencourage ordering a Sizing Kit before placing a fullcustom order.

  • 2.Damages and Issues

  •   Please inspect your order upon reception. Ifthe item is defective, damaged, or if you receive thewrong item, please contact us within 48 hours atsupport@manirococo.com with clear photos orvideos. We will evaluate the issue immediately andprovide a free replacement or store credit.

  • 3.Wholesale & Bulk Orders

  •   Bulk packs and "Buy by the Kilo" collectionsare final sale and non-refundable due to specialwholesale pricing structures.

  • 4.Exchanges & Cancellation

  •   You may request to cancel or modify yourcustom order within 12 hours of placement. Onceproduction or handcrafting has begun,cancellations or modifications will no longer beaccepted.
