Replacement Policy

  • Timeframe: Report within 7 days of delivery
  • Process: Email photos to our support team with your order number
  • Turnaround: Replacement nails shipped within 3-5 business days
  • Coverage: One complimentary replacement per order

Application Instructions

Achieve a flawless, salon-quality application with these professional tips:

ManiRococo illustrated application guide: clean and dry nails, check the fit, choose adhesive, then align and press. Follow adhesive instructions and avoid skin contact with nail glue.

Preparation

  1. Clean nails with alcohol wipe to remove oils
  2. Push back cuticles gently
  3. Lightly buff nail surface for better adhesion
  4. Select the correct size for each nail

Application

  1. Apply adhesive tab or nail glue to natural nail
  2. Align press-on nail at cuticle line at a 45° angle
  3. Press down firmly and hold for 10-15 seconds
  4. Avoid water contact for 2 hours after application

Wear Duration

  • With adhesive tabs: 1-3 days (reusable, gentle removal)
  • With nail glue: 1-2 weeks (stronger hold)
  • Care tips: Wear gloves for household tasks, avoid prolonged water exposure

Safe Removal

ManiRococo illustrated gentle removal guide: identify your adhesive, follow its manufacturer's removal instructions, and release gently. Stop if you feel resistance or pain. Never pull or force nails off.

For Adhesive Tabs:

  1. Gently lift edge with wooden stick
  2. Peel off slowly from one side
  3. Clean residue with alcohol wipe

For Nail Glue:

  1. Soak nails in warm soapy water for 10-15 minutes
  2. Apply cuticle oil around edges
  3. Gently wiggle and lift with wooden stick
  4. Never force or pull—soak longer if needed
  5. Buff away remaining glue residue
  6. Moisturize nails and cuticles

Pro Tip: Store your ManiRococo nails in the original box after removal to reuse them multiple times.
